Who is the king (Ahmose)
King Ahmose was a king from ancient Egypt and the founder of the (eighteenth) royal family, and he was a member of the royal family of the city of (Thebes), and he was the son of the pharaoh the king (Sqnen Ra) and brother of the king (Kamus)
From the family (seventeenth), he is the king. During the reign of his father and his former grandfather, the city of Thebes rebelled against the occupation and control of the Hyksos who were taking over Lower Egypt. And when Ahmose was seven years old, his father was killed, and at about the age of ten years when his brother died of unknown causes, and he only ruled for three years
Ahmose the First assumed the throne after the death of his brother, and after his accession he became known as (Neb-Petit-Ra) meaning (the master of power Ra). And Ahmose's name is theophore, a combination of the syllable 'ah' and the plural form of '-moussa'. The syllable 'Ah' refers to Yah

During his rule of Egypt, Ahmose ended the invasion of the Hyksos and expelled them from the entire Delta region. Thebes regained their sovereignty over all of Egypt and its lands and became subject to it from Nubia to Canaan
